AlternateSMTPAppender should allow setting the mail server port, username and password

Description

If my mailserver is on a different port, or requires authentication, I can't use AlternateSMTPAppender to send mail through it.

The attached patch fixes this by adding new properties SMTPPort, SMTPUser and SMTPPassword, as supported by the standard SMTPAppender.
